WHAT IS THE LIMIT OF THE NUMBER OF HASHTAGS IN AN INSTAGRAM POST?

You can add a maximum of 30 hashtags in an Instagram post. If you try to add more than 30 hashtags in your post you won't be able to post to Instagram and you will get a notification from Instagram.

You can add a maximum of 10 hashtags to an Instagram story.

There is no limit to the number of hashtags in a tweet on Twitter. You are only limited to the number of 280 characters in a tweet. Twitter itself does recommend not including more than 2 hashtags in a tweet.
